![]() Not only did this show me that this is a common enough occurence to have built out a snazzy excel sheet, but also that the manager has no problem sharing patient information. To prove that they hadn't received any updates, the manager showed me their LIST OF PATIENTS that are having the same problem with incorrectly entered amounts. The manager then explained to me that it takes up to 10 days (not the 2 days previously mentioned) to correct, and they had not received any updates from the DPH. Upon my arrival, I spoke with one of their associates who then called for a manager. After an hour of attempts, I decided to head there in person for some answers. My calls were never answered, and there was no option to leave a message. I called 3 different phone numbers, 2 that were listed on their site, and one was found through google. Having not gotten any calls I decided to reach out and follow up myself. This unfortunately all came to a point today (10/1) when I was trying to get an update on their attempts to correct the situation. I spoke with a manager who let me know that these instances are typically resolved within 24-48 hours, and that I would receive a call letting me know the status. Again, not sure how they were able to account for 193 grams that were never dispensed. Additionally, I asked that they give me a portion of the 193 grams that they had marked "dispensed" and they refused on the grounds that they have to account for all purchases. I am not sure how this escaped internal audits for over a week, and that is what is most troubling. They marked that I had received 193 grams more than my actual purchase. One of their associates had incorrectly entered the amount of my previous purchase a week prior(9/21), resulting in me being unable to make a purchase from any dispensaries, not just Ermont. I went in to purchase more supplies on 9/28, and was told I had hit my limit. This has clearly taken a priority in their location and has lead to many entry errors. Warning! I recommend avoiding this dispensary now that they are gearing up for recreational sales.
